Mixing error on Calgary boot

Really enjoying the Calgary bootleg, but there's seems to be a mixing screw up in Given To Fly and Infallible - Matt's cymbals in the left channel are about a second ahead of the rest of the song which makes for a headache-inducing listen in the chorus. Could this be a rare mistake by the illustrious Brett Eliason?...
