Eddie Soundcheck/Arrival Times

Anyone know what time Eddie's been arriving at the venues, or soundchecking? My plan, which would be a dream come true, is to go early with my Telecaster, and see if he would sign it for me - before the show, rather than waiting 'til late with a guitar in my hand.

    I think he won't sign guitars. His security guard told us that several times. In Boston I met him at around 3:30-4ish

    The stage door is on Victoria street (east side). Behind the building is a small parking lot and there isn't room for anything on the west side of the building. Victoria st. isn't really a very busy street considering it's right downtown.

    I don't think it's stalker-esque, truthfully. The way I see it, he's one of, if not the, musician I respect most, and I'd like to tell him that and meet him.

    You never know, he may sign it! But you gotts to try. Why wouldn't he sign your guitar? I was thinking about going down to Massey Hall early topick up tickets. Watching old Star Trek on Space. cheers

    It might be worth a shot, but in Boston, 2 guys brought pick guards to have signed and the security guard said Eddie wouldn't sign them or any part of a guitar.

    I'm already at a place where I won't have access to my guitar... Decided to bring my Into The Wild vinyl instead. Meaningful to me, but not as much as my guitar would've been. Hope to see some other fans at the Victoria Street artist entrance!

    I saw a bus pull in about 30 min ago (Montana plate). I'm guessing he wasn't in it, and I'm assuming he's at the hotel. My thought is he may pull up in a cab or something anytime now.

    Naww, I just took a quick walk down there at lunch. Just wanted to see/feel the vibe, but there wasn't too much going on then. Back at work now, but may leave soon. Hard to get work done when you know Ed is right down the street ready to perform!

    I've got this weird nervous feeling. It's crazy. My stomach is a mess. People at work must think I'm heavily medicated, or the victim of too much coffee.

    My nervous twitching and jittery behaviour has definately got people around my office wispering under their breath...."What's wrong this guy"? "Is he stoned or something"?

    I'll be lucky If I don't get fired by the end of the day.

    I just can't wait to bust out of work and get down to Massey Hall.

    Courdoroy will be the first song that I listen too because that first verse is just so fitting right now.
