Newark, NJ EV Solo Recording

Anyone else notice how EV was recording the entire show on stage with that old school 8mm recording device. At the end of the show he clicked "stop" and that's when most people noticed and cheered even louder.

Wouldn't it be cool if he releases a cd/vinyl of the show since it had the best acoustics he'd ever played at?!! A DVD would be sweet too but I didn't see any cameras in view from my place on the floor

    I thought that was just to play hard sun. Didn't he press a button and the thing started rolling playing the music to hard sun?

    I believe that Ed starts and stops it only during Hard Sun to play some of the layered/looped music required for that song only.

    well at least i kno what was goin on now
    well im still hoping for a newark, NJ or toronto 2 recording - they seem to be the best of the tour so far

    There was a camcorder set up at the sound booth & it appeared to record the entire show. It was on a pod though & was not moved the entire time.

    The camera was in the same spot for both toronto shows. Any notice a camera near the sound board for other shows?
