ITUNES DOWNLOAD: SIRENS ADDITIONAL CHARGE?

Got a receipt from apple today and it said I was charged 1.29 for Sirens even though I pre ordered back in august. Sent them a note reporting the charge and I'm sure I'll be credited. Anyone else have this issue?

    You get charged for the singles as they're released. Once the entire album drops the remaining charge will bring you up to the album total.
