Parking at The United Palace?

Can anyone give advise as to where is the best place to park. I believe they have some parking garages close by are they expensive? Also is it safe to park in the street if possible, will I have to worry about tickets or getting towed. Any help would be appreciated.

    There is a garage right down the street. I should tell you to swing around and come into the garage on the same side of the street- it's easier.

    Also not knowing the area is it safe to park on the street/side streets? Or am I looking at a "high risk" area that will take advantage of an SUV with out of state license plates. Thanks
