More Ed Milwaukee Tickets To Be Released @ Noon Today(08.13)

So, apparently the Riverside in Milwaukee confiscated tickets from scalpers, and are releasing them to fans at Noon today. So, for those that are looking, info is found below. Good luck, and hope this fills the theater with more 'real fans.'

From the Riverside email:

* we took back over 100 tickets from scalpers who were charging up to $2000 for Eddie Vedder tickets.

* we refunded their money (except for service fees) & charged them a restocking fee.

* the restocking fee was donated to a charity defined by Eddie.

* now we wanna sell the tickets that we took back, to you, the real fans, on our eMembers list.

not a good idea to post this link & password publicly, IMO. tickets might just fall back to the scalpers.

kudos to the owners for looking out for the fans and actually doing something about it!

Considering the steps they are taking in regards to picking up the tickets the night of the show(with credit card, etc...), I don't see the problem with posting this. I was hoping real fans that didn't get them originally before they sold out would be able to get them now. Just trying to help out fellow fans.
