10c Renewal Gift?

I just renewed (analog) on Sept. 10, and have yet to receive the gift. I can't remember how long it took last year. I thought it was a week later. Should I worry or will it be on it's way soon? Or should I just email 10c? I wanted to ask others opinion before I sent an email. Thanks.

    Wow!!!! Did they already announce the gift at that point? I thought it was well into 2012, before anyone knew what it was that they were sending out.

    Well, I didn't even think to look in there. I checked and it hasn't shipped yet. I saw the bootleg code I used, but when I opened it I remembered that it was the bootleg. Oh well. Guess I'll just keep checking that page periodically. And yes, that was very helpful. Thank you very much.

    Wow!!! I guess I have a long way to wait. Now this is something the 10c has a hand in. Maybe enough weren't produced because 10c is usually fast in shipping. As far as PJ20 dvd's or Lollapalooza discount tix, 10c has nothing to do with those. I don't know why people think they have anything to do with stuff like that, but whatever. I can wait for that package, but I hope they don't forget about us. Thanks for all the responses.

    I renewed in July and am still waiting on my little,gift... Oddly enough my deep mag and single came before it.... Don't know how that works out but anyway..... :?

    Hope it gets here soon, I'm sick of constantly checking and rechecking my mailbox like an obsessive person! :P

    I renewed July 22, 2012. My credit card was charged. I do not see '2012 Member Pack' in my order history. Who do I contact at Ten Club? FYI, I received the Deep Magazine and single, but not the poster, stickers and patch.
