I know it's a bizarre question. I've seen some people post pics, stories about meeting him outside the venue before the shows. What time does he usually come out and sign and meet with fans?

i don't think it's a given every show. but i'd imagine before/after his soundcheck. wear your bullet proof vests in newark

yeah no offense to anyone living in the newark area, but i wouldn't expect to see EV outside the venue for too long. although i'm sure the area right around NJPAC probably isn't that bad.
