Massey Hall - 10C Ticket Pickup

Apparently the regular box office has been open since noon but 10C pickup starts at 5? Can anyone confirm? Massey Hall has two ticket windows max, hopefully there isn't a giant crush of people to pick up tix considering they're already assigned...

    I thought it was supposed to be 4:30?

    The original email I got from TC stated that the box office will open at 4:30pm for ticket distribution.

    Sounds good to me. A friend of mine went down on his lunch hour (he works at the Eaton Centre, a block away) and asked the lady at the window if he could possibly get his then, and was told to come back at 5. But I trust 10C over the venue.
