So a guy I work with has just started working his new security job and he floats between different Boston-Metro events. So I was out having a few drinks at his with a few other of my friends and he asked me if I'm going to see Pearl Jam at the Garden in September, I told him I didnt know they were playing and he said he saw it on his work schedule when he went to pick up shifts. He didn't remember the ddates but he's going back in a couple of days and he'll get back to me! SWEET!
I will be what i could be
Once I get out of this town

    FL, GA, PA.

Those are the 3 confirmed states.

They better hit the hotspots on the East coast in between like Boston, NYC, Hartford, Pittsburg, D.C, Bristow etc.

Would love if they came back to Boston in '12.

Let's face it...Pearl Jam pretty much play the major east coast and west coast cities these days in the usa....Throw in a midwest tour every so often....So, I would not shocked one bit..If pearl jam did some sort of mini tour out east or west this year..

Based on the Philly show date, it makes sense that we could see 3-5 more shows over the first two weeks of Sept. I wouldn't be surprised to see Boston, Hartford, NYC and DC.

Realistically, if driving is an option, that would be the most economical. Get a hotel in the area and take a train into the city. If transit is the way to go, I would say either the Amtrack or a bus. They both stop at South Station in Boston. From there take either a cab (more expensive) to the Garden which is about 2-3 miles away. Or from South Station just take the Red line train to Downtown Crossing, hop on the orange line train outbound to North Station and the Garden is right across the street.

long gap between the atlanta fest and the philly fest. I really think NC will finally get a show, I mean why else would Eddie have left out NC on his solo tour?

the train from NYC is pricey but the bus is way cheaper check the schedules you can take the T too most place you want to get
buses go to South Station and you can get the red line to make any connections you need.
if you drive you have to also figure money for parking at the hotel as well as the venue plus if you're no ta driver don't drive in Boston it'll mess with your head (and cause more traffic form me :P)

If this is in fact true, I would think it would make the most sense for it to be during the week or the weekend after the MiA fest. That would make the most sense travel wise wouldn't it?
