I did listen. I do agree that it does sound a little like Stone singing, but I know it's not. I agree with the post down below the video that it is Phish from '98, thus being Trey Anastasio's voice if correct. I agree with tvismyfriend that they are all (probably) just tags, and also agree with him/her that he/she nor most know for sure. I certainly don't have many boots that early to know for sure how long the cover lasted and was of course not at those '91 shows myself either. And as for your Dad, I'm sure Bob is actually better than the howling heard here, haha.
