10 Club Communication - So much better this time!

I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the EV tour info we got from 10 Club. It's comprehensive, like they tried to anticipate all questions and eliminate any guesswork. Includes concise step-by-step info regarding the ticket drawing process. And they're giving us that link to check the progress of the pre-sale.

I know everybody isn't happy about the 1-show policy, and some people don't like the lottery system. For myself, it makes things easier since I don't have internet access at work. I don't have to take a day off to pound on my computer at home 'til I MAYBE get tickets.

I did have the situation with PayPal where it didn't ask for my address and gave me the "No Address Provided" message. Hopefully that's just because I already had a PayPal account with my address attached to it. That's about the only thing I came across that wasn't covered in the 10 Club email.

THANKS 10 CLUB for the excellent communication! This is a HUGE improvement from December!

    I totally agree. They set up that FAQ page and said they'll be giving constant updates. Then there was a problem with one of the new South American bootlegs and they fixed it and posted about it pretty quickly.

    I would like to say thanks to 10c too. Their communication and instructions were top notch, and it made it very easy to enter the drawing. Last year when I was trying to get tix for Ed's solo tour, I was a nervous wreck.(during the public sale) This time it all went smoothly and was over very quickly. I have my fingers crossed that I will get to attend a show!

    totally agree. and we can always try to get tickets in the general sale for those of us that want to attend more than one show.

    I'm happy with the way things are being done. sadly nothing is going in in my neck of the woods though.
