Why is Rick Perry disrespecting Iowa?

I don't get it? Iowans have been excited and working hard for the Iowa straw poll for some time and Sarah Palin decides to crash the party and act like she fucking owns the place. While Rick Perry decides to announce his bid on the same day as the straw poll in South Carolina.
