Hey, I just read up on this story the other day and I have never seen the documentaries. But seemed like a real botchjob by the police and they were really just looking for a reason to lock this kid up. What are your guys thoughts on this..I couldnt find a similar thread ,sorry if this has been discussed before, and in Tennesee will Ed make mention?

    the devil's knot is REALLY good!

    i also read Damien's book "almost home" good read.

    to the OP.

    yeah, the police fucked this case all up. i was into this looooong b4 the band started to "preach" about it. was happy to see them get behind the WM3.

    Yeah this case is a complete fuck up all round :(
    What are the latest developments with the case? Have the teeth mark analysis been allowed to be submitted as evidence for an appeal?

    they are beyond that now. they have DNA evidence that suppots one of the kids fathers may have been at the scene where the found the bodies.
    which is good, because there was not one piece of DNA to suggest that the WM3 were there.

    go to the website to check it out. pretty good argument they have

    i along with many others for years thought the wm3 were innocent and John Mark Byers a stepfather to one of the three murdered kids was the real killer.

    We were wrong.

    I have maintained for months now, and will stick with this one, Terry Hobbs, another stepfather is guilty as sin.

    he is guilty. The wm3 and byers are innocent. I will go to my grave saying that.

    Terry Hobbs is a cold blooded killer and NO ONE pointed the finger at him for this crime before now.

    His DNA was found at the scene.
