    Well, they did get to the elite 8 last year and had a late lead on Louisville. They were one or 2 possessions away from the Final 4. It's tough for the power conference teams to even get that far. I don't think you can say they were a disappointment if they don't duplicate last year.

    My reasoning on it is that the Manhattan coach is a close personal friend of Pitino and was on his staff before. he will call off the dogs early.

    damn syracuse, had them losing by single digits in streak for the cash and they give up a meaningless free throw, keeping me from eight in a row. Cooney did look good though as did Christmas.
