How to handle problems with boots & Kufala?

My hartford disc wont play...at all. Not in any stereo or iTunes. Is Kufala easy to deal with in this sort of thing? Because I was so excited to hear this boot...now obviously I'll have to wait a little longer.

To anyone else whose dealt with them, how did you go about it. Really want to hear this boot. Ugh.

    They are great at customer service. You can either email them or call them. Tell them your issue and they WILL fix it. I received 2 copies of the 10/30 show in the Philly box and no 10/27 show. They shipped me 10/27 and said "keep the extra copy of 10/30".

    I sent to Kufala message about 10 days ago (my cd#2 of philly 10/30 show doesn't play at all) but they didn't reply at all. I did the same to ten club 2 days ago and they didn't reply as well. I don't know what's going on. I need this disc to be replaced cause all the rest work fine. What to do?

    Similar issue for me. I got two disc #2s for the 10/31 show in the box set and sent them a message about it, then sent another a week later. They never responded. Will call tomorrow, but regardless, I'm pretty disappointed in their so called "great customer service."

    Last year i received the Berlin bootleg and the cover was a little bit damaged! Emailed Kufala and they sent it again...! The customer service is awesome!!

    Does the same thing apply with Digital downloads (ie files are corrupt or skip etc)? I see it says download at your own risk for FLAC files but is there any type of customer service for that?

    Anyone else got a Weird Version of Shepards Bush?

    Shepards Bush Bootleg 8-11-2009, and the second disk is labeled correctly, but the tracks on the disk are not the same as on the label. I did find out that the second CD is in fact the end of the June 11 2008 show from West Palm Beach, as the CD starts with crowd noise, and then plays the encores from that show.

    i messaged them monday morning about my phili boxset being damanged (case and 10/27)..received a response back same day confirming delivery of a replacement...couldnt be quicker or nicer!
