Don't look know but the Orioles have won two in a row. If they win three in a row that's a winning streak. But don't look now at 34-73, the Orioles are only three games behind the Pirates in the standings for the worst record in baseball and next year's top draft pick.

Yeah, that is good news. He seems to be running the organization the right way. Cuban would have been interesting. I am glad to see Ryan's group won.

doesn't really matter who gets the first pick next year. apparently the draft is loaded...being called best of the last 20 years. and the guy that was predicted to go #1 (not unanimously) just severly injured his leg

cuban must have banged selig's daughter or something. seems like MLB did everything possible to prevent him from getting a team

just saw the highlights of this game. it looked like all of the HRs toronto hit off shields were on fastballs. he was throwing beach balls up there

that escobar trade is working out real well for toronto. looks like they got a real steal in that deal

just saw the longoria hit that broke up morrow's no hitter. Difficult play, but one hill should have made

yeah ... not sure who i feel sorry for more ... morrow or hill ... apparently, it took a while before hill could face reporters ...

anyhoo - Alex A has done an amazing job with pick ups of Morrow, Lewis and Escobar ... this team is better than most will give them credit for ... a bit weak in the SP department but otherwise they can win games ...

yeah, they could have a nice rotation in a year or two though. romero, morrow, cecil, and drabek is a nice foundation. Just need to start developing some bullpen guys.

So glad the phils aren't in that division. Seems like all of the teams in the AL east are on the rise.

Blue Jays are impressive, especially since almost everyone picked them to finish last in the AL East.

this team can hit ... they've let a few games go in late innings especially against division rivals because of what i consider "managerial decision making" but all in all ... they are young and we've got some talent coming up ... if hill and lind can continue their recent upswing back to their normal numbers - no one will wanna play us down the stretch ...

Unfortunately the Blue Jays gave up their best bullpen prospect in the Escobar trade.

that guy is 5'9. he might turn out to be a decent bullpen piece, but he's not gonna be anything special. still a great trade for them

He was still one of the best in their system and a fan favorite. If he can find a way to carry over his minor league success he'll have a decent carrier. It looks like he's going to have another one-hundred strike out season this year and that ain't too bad for a reliever.

yeah, phillips came up to lead off bottom of first. yadier molina started with him...the shit escalated.

haha, molina started the fight, then homered in his first AB. that's balls

Haha that's funny. I figured Molina had something to do with it the way the announcers were talking after he hit the home run. That's great, you know he enjoyed that one.

Of course Molina was involved cause he's a little bitch. Nice to see LaRussa get tossed too, that way he could get drunk earlier.
