Been looking around for new bands, and I must say this band really impresses me. They are in their own little world musically and lyrically. I am not familiar with the whole story of all the songs, but just listening to the music gives me chills. Most of their music has that prog-rock feel. It seems most people I have seen on other boards either absolutely love them or hate them. I for one like the lead singers voice, but I can see where some people may not like it on their fist take. i, unfortunately, have had to endure them a couple times at warped tour or somewhere.
They have some ok tunes and I don't mind their sound, they just haven't written many songs that tickle my fancy.
There was a series of Coheed threads fairly recently, started by the same guy, over and over and over and over

as a result, even seeing the name coheed and cambria makes some of us cringe around here. quite ironic actually, the exact opposite of what he was trying to do.
in that thread, he says sorry for making two threads about them and it wouldnt happen and again and lo and behold a few months later, here we are. i swear this guy is IN the band or something.
