Haven’t received yet the Xmas/Deep and they want to charge f

I know every body is exited about the new single… but I’m quite pissed of (not because of that)

Mid July, and I have not received my Xmas single and deep magazine (here in Europe).
I contacted the 10 C, they asked me to wait until mid July, and to re-contacted again if necessary…. I did so…

They answer me back saying that it will be asked to send me again the Xmas single and the Deep magazine, but it will be charged to my account the reshipping fees…. >:W

I think it is not at all fare…. It is not my fault, may be it isn’t 10 club either… but they are responsible for assuring that each ten club member receives any item….

I asked why…. No answer so far!

Imagine that the new pre-order items (that have to be order separately!!!!) do not arrive at your place, so, after a few months they will ask for sending them (separately) again to you… and will charge the shipping fees again!?!?!?..... pffffffffffff…

First time I’m mad at 10C…. but this time it’s gone too far….. Charging me again for the reshipping the items… coooooooooooom’on

    I see the problem as this- there is no way for them to be sure you did not receive it. Is it not worth paying the shipping? I can assure you it IS worth it.

    Knowing the whole effort they put on the xmast single and deep, why would I want to tell them,” hey I have not receive it, send me another one....” I'm not that kind of person!!!

    I always wait until 3, even 4 month to get 10C stuffs... so I'm quite patient with that because they always 4-8 weekf for Europe.... but it is off limits !!!

    And not, it is not fare that I have to pay the reshiping.... I do not say it is not worth paying it, IT IS NOT FARE !!!

    Agree - it's not the 10c's fault if they really did send it. Probably the post office somewhere between them and you. Yes it is fair - it's just shipping!

    You paid for the items. It's part of the fees. You held up your end of the bargain.

    If TC wants to ship without confirmation to save themselves a few bucks, that's their choice, but then they have to assume a number of the people will legitimately not receive the items, and they should be prepared to re-ship on their dime.

    If they don't want to ship you what you've paid for, I'd recommend contacting the better business bureau at http://www.bbb.org and file a complaint. I know when I've had unresolved issues with businesses that they weren't being fair about, having the bbb on them got their attention and helped to resolve issues. Many businesses with good reputations don't want a bad mark on the record by the bbb. The bbb will look at both ends, and will help negotiate if they feel one of the parties is not holding up their end of the bargain. If TC is being reasonable, then they should not fear the bbb.

    Please don't take it personally. The odds of something similar happening to you again are strongly against. Everyone has an imperfect experience now and again.

    Just think, five years from now won't you be mad at yourself for missing out on the Deep mag and single? What's one extra shipping cost in the grand scheme of things?

    Well, I have to pay a Europe membership, pay separately shipping fees per separately sold items.... (some time more expensive than the item itself... ok, I may chose not to buy them...)... but my point is that shipping cost and shipping issues are pissing me of, specially when I have to pay maybe 15$ for getting the Xmas/Deep sent back again, almost as expensive as the membership itself !!!!

    I bought the 10C 10 deluxe edition, they were not capable of anticipating that in Europe, when the item is more the 100€ you have to pay taxes, quite expensive… as expensive as the shipping. I did not care because I wanted by deluxe edition….

    Now, another “shipping” issue with the Xmas single that I always receive in summer time !!!

    It has to stop !!!! Use tracked shipping… and do not use UPS in Europe !!! it sucks !!

    wrong, it is not the first time that a Xmast singles does not arrive. And items that did arrive are always months late ! :evil:

    looking at your account...the 08 Holiday Single/Deep mag were reshipped 7/20/09 at no charge. I think you have misunderstood the process. Always best to check with <!-- e --><a href="mailto:info@tenclub.net">info@tenclub.net</a><!-- e --> if you have any questions that can only be answered by 10c staff.

    That's very good news....
    I contacted asking "why?" because I was really surprised (and mad) about the reshipping fees.... but I had no answers.... that's why I posted it
