SBE TC tickets

I just ordered TC shperds bush tickets.

Will i get a confirmation email that i've ordered but not not got them or is that only if i'm one of the winners tonight?

I'm confused? :?

    Yes, I just got the confirmation of my order. We find out later if we actually get the tickets.

    Sorry, i just got the email stating that its been ordered.

    I'm pretty concerned. When I hit submit, I got an error message, & no confirmation page. when I tried it again, it wouldn't allow me because of the "one pair per person" thing. Which should mean I'm in, but I haven't received any confirmation. I emailed 10C & haven't heard from them either.

    When should we be notified, either way?

    Check your profile and see if it's there.

    It could be in your Junk mail man. or if you have msn messenger then log on and see if TC email is coming up?

    Already tried my Junk mail (though I always get 10C emails fine anyway). & checked my profile straight away. Nothing.

    Write to 10C, they have been pretty good about clearing up irregularities or computer glitches quickly. Maybe they can tell you what the state of play is and if something is wrong they can reset the order???
