Print at homoe tix...philly HELP!

Hey I purchase tix for the 10/30 show from the public on sale and chose the "print at home " option. I got a confirmation email that said there would be a 24-48 hour delay on sending the "print at home tickets" in an attached email.... this was Friday! Is anyone else in this boat? Can you offer some help?

    I also ordered tickets and have yet to receive the e-mail for the tickets. Tomorrow I think I am going to go back to the site and try to get the e-mail again. "If you do not receive your
    Print-at-Home tickets in that time frame, please log back into your
    account and select Re-Issue Your Print-at-Home Tickets." That was from the first confirmation e-mail.

    this company comcast tickets is shady.... i logged into my account and checked my order history... it says both orders are confirmed i ordered 6 tickets 3 each order(my credit card compnay also confirmed this)... when i click on re-issue your print at home tickets it says "nothing to re-issue" what the hell is going on i am going to call them and see what these people are doing! When am I going to get my email for the print at home tickets?? Grrr

    maybe they meant 1 to 2 business days, so from Friday that should be Mon or Tues, would be my guess.

    I have not received them either. I printed out my Order Confirmation before navigating from the screen last Friday, and I have the confirmation email. I'm hopeful it'll sort itself out in the coming days.

    The response I got was Pearl Jam wanted to wait 48 business hours... but my tickets are all set if you dont receive an email by Wednesday call them back!

    It's Tuesday and I have not gotten my confirmation email or print at home one yet. I sent a help request in to Comcastix and then got redirected to another ticket agency to try and buy tickets. WTF!

    Tickets appear in my profile but havent received the e-tickets. They havent even charged my card yet. Im getting a little worried. Maybe because im from Canada theres a little problem?

    Yeah, that happened to me too. I emailed Customer Support and within an hour I received my Print at Home tickets. So, don't sweat it.
