    the only time i ever saw him live was when he showed up at a gnr show. he was insanely talented and is greatly missed. tones of home is still one of my favorite songs ever.

    I'v been reading a great book about him. Basically written by using little stories from all the people that were around him. Shannon was awesome live, wish I could have seen him. There's a video of him with axl on use you illusion i believe and he just steals the show. also, the woodstock video of blind melon is one the best performances i've ever seen.
