Top 5 Best Tailgating Concerts

Who is everyone's favorite bands to throw a huge tailgate for?

Mine would go something like this,

1. Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers
2. Jimmy Buffett
3. Phish
4. Pearl Jam
5. Aerosmith

I've never tailgated for some acts that I would like to see. I didn't get to see the Dead in their prime, either, which I'm sure would be legendary. I would love to see Kings of Leon at a nice tailgating venue.

    definatly pearl jam and phish, cool crowds exept the phish scene has a lot more drugs and people passing out. allman brother shows are fun to. I really think the crowd at a pearl jam show is my favorite to be around. Everyone knows thoese tix are hard to come by and don't take it for granted.

    Concert wise only tailgated at Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers- fun times. There was a chick who was a Phish fan in the Parking lot trying to sell jello shots. (Trey Anastasio was the opening act). She dropped a bunch all over the place cause she was stumbling around drunk.

    Anything that doesn't include the Grateful Dead and includes Aerosmith and quite frankly Pearl Jam... ridiculous
