So I'm thinking... one day, I'd like to visit Italy. Specifically, I decided to wait to make the trip to coincide with a Pearl Jam show. Then I see this:

PRE-SALE IS LIMITED TO UK AND IRELAND MEMBERS ONLY.

I guess this means I won;t be able to get 10C seats for, say, Milan in the future because they'll be limited to Italy 10C members only? When they did Italy gigs a couple years ago were the tickets for Italy members only?

In a nutshell... that is stupid.

    I agree, well sort of, cause I'll be in Milan for a few months and it would blow if I couldn't get tickets to a gig there. But on the other hand, I wouldn't want Europeans snatching up my US tickets, so it goes both ways. I feel bad for other people in Europe who can't get in on the Pre-Sale for UK; now THAT sucks!

    This stipulation is only for this shepherds bush show. I dont remember it being into place for any other shows.

    So you are saying that every PJ show in europe can only be gone to if you live in the nation? If so then your wrong. Not sure if they would sell out venues in some of the bit more obsscure countries like that.

    this is a 'special show.' it's in a small venue, so they decided to limit to UK members only for the 10c presale. they have done similar things fro WA only residents, NY city residents - once limited by 10c # even! so this is not that unusual. lots of special, small shows have different ways of being 10c sales. that said, i think it would've been nice to be open to all europeans, but i guess too....they want to make sure - or at least try - that no 10c ticket goes to waste. i guess they figure if you live in the UK or ireland, better chance of you not missing out. the italian tour didn't work like that....i went.....and i'm a NYer. but even the 4 shows in europe this summer, they made the 10c sale european members only first, then open to everyone else. idk if i fully agree with that either, b/c gawd knows everyone and their mother comes to my h'ometown' shows in NY, but it is what it is.......

    I'm just saying I feel that everyone should be able to go to whatever shows they want to and as a member of the 10C we should be afforded the CHOICE whether or not to try to get tickets.

    Those venues in Italy on the DVD are amazing... especially the one with the stone structure around it. I will get there! :)
