Philly 2, harder than Benaroya LP

How is it that I was unable to get anywhere with the Philly 2 ticket sales. However, I managed to get my hands on 2 copies of Benaroya Vinyl @ 3AM EST. Seems like a step backwards to me.

    Benaroya was at a low volume time, and they had 2000 available.....seems pretty logical

    benaroya vinyl was available ALL day and it never crashed the site...not one time.

    That is not true. The website was down solidly for hours that day.

    I would say that Philly 2 was one of the toughest items to get on this site. Harder than benaroya. Harder than ev solo last year. I was at work for Philly 2 so I was already at a disadvantage cause it's much slower and I experienced the total crash no access errors. Some how though I was able to maintain a connection to the site on my iPhone and over the edge network nonetheless. It took about a minute to load each page and when I first saw the icon around 5:04 pm est I would click on it and it would say item unavailable and take me to the backspacer preorder page. Finally around 5:08 it took me to the fine print page and took another min to actally show the buy button on the phone. Somehow I got lucky and made it through the process by around 5:15 and even then I couldn't connect backto the site to see if everyone else had the same issues.

    Vic was the most difficult item to score from the ten club, by far. Everyone really needs to shut up about Philly. You are getting three goddamn shows, Pearl Jam's send off to that venue, you will get in the building if you want to. Many options still available to you, ticketmaster, ebay, scaplers the day of the show, your friendly fellow ten club member.

    NOW SHUT UP ABOUT THE PHILLY TICKETS

    For a normal sized PJ show, MSG 08' was by far the most difficult...what a mess that was!! The site not only crashed, but it would start to come back to life, only to crash again...I ended up missing out on Night 1 after having tickets in my cart to check out over an hour after the sale started, only to have the site crash again when I clicked "buy". The second night, I got them after about 30-40 minutes of more endless struggles.

    Vic was hardest for me, also. Followed by Santa Barbara 2006 (still got to go) and today's San Diego (I get to go to this one as well).

    As for the Vic, I couldn't even get the 10C home page to display!!

    As you can see from my experience with SB 2006 and SD 2009, you can go. I have traded (and purchased and sold extra tix) with other 10C fans and you can too!

    I got lucky on Bennorya. I had dozed off for about 45 minutes at the computer (my neck still hurts from that one!) and I awoke at about 12:30 AM Central. Goods page, there it was, clicked BUY and I was on my way to bed.
