Hey people! It's only a few days until WILCO up at the Dutchess Stadium. I recall a number of folks saying they planned to go/purchased tickets. Given that both of our favorite bands are into saving the earth, does anyone want to go for carpools or the like? I live about an hour south of Wappingers and less than an hour north from Grand Central by train. I'm also at a Metro North hub. I'd sure be willing to give a lift to a few if needed. Anyone?

I googled it. Looks like a really nice ballpark. Seats only 4,500 or so. Can't find an answer on tailgating, but haven't seen anything prohibiting it. My ticket says Rain or Shine, No outside food/drink, no umbrellas or smoking. $15 parking onsite. Public trans/carpool recommended. Gates at 5:30.

I plan to drive up early in the afternoon and see if i can find less expensive parking.

I've always had fun at shows in the rain, so bring it on!

should be fine although the reviews seem to suggest that the parking is limited
perhaps there are some cool offsite lots - we shall see-psyched for the wilco

and the weather is getting better by the minute-should be fine by 8pm

Tailgating is a go...at least for the baseball games they have there...parking is very limited.. but if it does fill up they have you park not to far from the venue..I think its at the Beacon Train station...least in the past they have... and they will bus you in....dont worry they have done this before every year a local radio station puts on a concert at the stadium and a shit load of ppl go...prolly more then will go to Wilco sadly
