Did Jordan Chandler (Mj's first accuser) recant his story?

Slate said a rumor going around was that he recanted his story, and said MJ never did anything to him.
Anyone hear any info on this?
Slate suggested that if it was true, that MJ's family could sue because he would be breaching the settlement agreement.

Usually, when there's a noticeable repeating pattern to anything, there's something there to pay attention to.
Think about this: no women EVER came forward to say they had normal relationships with him. Don't you think they would have if they'd loved him and he'd loved them? Grown men do not go their entire adult lives without sex. (!) Something was different about him.
That does not mean that his music or talent was any less though. His parents don't seem to have spent much time on his emotional upbringing. They were so focused on his career and his skills in that area that they didn't do their job to make sure he was emotionally balanced and skilled in relationships as well.
I think it's sad for him and for whoever the children were whom he may have damaged.
