You're probably right on that. Hopefully not me. But I'm sure I'll track something down.

we understand this so surely the local south jersey and philly people should get priority ;)

seriously yes there will be some people who miss out on the philly shows but I'm going to be refreshing from about 30 mins before and if not successful than there is always the general public sale next Friday. My wife & I are there either way plus there will be a third show announced.
I'm just flying around the other side of the world to say I love you

I was about to totally agree with you making this statement, however then I realized you appear to be making this statement sarcastically (hence the winky). I so far have a record of always being shut out to my local show through Ten Club (both in CT and PA), and every year have to dish out big bucks for stubhub tickets. I think anyone would be lying if they said they were in no way annoyed if they couldnt get club tickets for a show that is a short train or subway ride from their front door while others who drive (or even fly) from hundreds of miles away actually get the tickets. And I have no doubt the same will be true this year.

    StubHub, here I come. :?

oh, I can feel I will be successful with tickets on wednesday for both shows... I'm only a short train ride from the spectrum (20 mins). I need to go!

Yet the title of this thread shows that you are likely to be shutout...at least for one...
  • I'm sure they'll hit NY on the next leg. Don't forget, they did two full blown tours for the last album and something tells me they'll be doing the same again.

No they did not. They did not do a full blown tour for the self titled record. They have not done a full blown tour since 2003. In 2006 they didn't play the south east, the mid west, or the south west. In 2006 some of the dates they did play like in Minneapolis they opened up for Tom Petty so it wasn't a proper Pearl jam show either.

I don't know about that. Today was a record with 1093 peope logged into the site. Even if everyone would purchase tickets, there would be enough to go around.

You are crazy. 2006 was absolutely a full tour. 2 legs in America. A European leg. Just because they skipped those areas doesn't mean it wasn't a full tour. It means tickets don't sell as well there so they didn't play there.
