I am sure plenty of people will be getting to town a day early and I was going to go to a Bears preseason game but I heard about OLP playing the Vic. It's $20 and they tend do be a solid rock band live. I've seen them numerous times since the mid 90's. Thought I would pass it on if you're looking for something to do.

OLP has recorded some great songs, but I find them extremely boring live. For $20 though, what the hell.
  • ever since Mike Turner left and they decided to become a pop radio band, they have sucked. IMO.

To keep on topic...Matt Cameron and the drummer for OLP are pretty good friends. Matt played on an OLP record.
