And I personally fucking love it!

I think it gets announced this week as well so get that cc info ready

X could very easily be opening for anothe rband... NIN perhaps?

Gaslight has a completely open schedule after 9/13... and they finish in Pittsburgh with 2 shows on 9/12 and 9/13... and i think i saw someone rumor that the opening date for PJ was 9/15 in Pittsburgh...

we shall see

I thought folks were thinking 'X'? What is your rationale?

Where did you get that from?

I'd love that, but I think it'll be X again.

    Me too.

Gaslight Anthem's Fall dates are pretty open.
Voodoo Fest is supposed to be the last date of PJ's tour and Gaslight Anthem is also on the bill (X is not).
I just bought a new guitar and a new bass so now I'm broke . So it does make sense for tix to go on sale this week. :)

Would be great, but more signs point to X. X ALSO has a fall tour officially teased but with no dates named and without a tour partner announced.

Brian Fallon is going to be making a solo record, but Gaslight has dates announced through mid September. Unless he's making the album on the road or its recording is being pushed out until 2014, i don't see it.

Of course, he's also a huge PJ fan, and they have the same mgmt company, and if Pearl Jam asked they wouldn't say no.

    I still think it's X.

It could be X and Gaslight. First half of tour/Second half

Just like 05 Supersuckers and Sleater Kinney
    2008 KOL/ Ted Leo etc

I think there's an excellent chance Gaslight is opening

The last part of their set will soon become the background music for 16,000 fraternity brothers trying to find their beer and then trying to find their seats.

Great band tho. The wife and I drove 8 hrs to a festival once (mostly because we wanted to see them).

They just cancelled a bunch of dates for "personal" reasons so I doubt it.
