CHEAP flight from New York to Toronto for sale
I know this is a long shot, but my buddy backed out on going to the MSG shows, now I have an extra plane ticket that I am not able to get refunded.
It departs on June 26th in the afternoon, and costs $120, which isn't bad at all. If there's anyone from Toronto without a return ticket, this is a pretty good opportunity.

Don't you have to have the ID of the person's name on the ticket to get on the plane?the_don wrote:I know this is a long shot, but my buddy backed out on going to the MSG shows, now I have an extra plane ticket that I am not able to get refunded.

unless it is a voucher - are you sure you can sell or transfer a plane ticket - otherwise it seems like a great deal. I wish I could join you, but my stupid sister is getting married that week which totally screwed up the entire leg for me0 -
I don't see why I can't change it into someone else's name..

Airlines are strict about this kind of stuff and it seems to have gotten worse since 9/11. Tickets are typically non-transferable and non-refundable. That said, certain carriers, Westjet, Air Canada, etc. will now let you change a flight, etc. (for a fee of course) and buy prepackaged vouchers which can be put into any name. That said, I think you better check with the airline or travel agent to avoid any nasty surprises.0

I'm sorry to be the carrier of bad news but I worked for Northwest and American Airlines for a long time even after 9/11 and the non-transferable rule is not an airline policy it's an FAA regulation, unless you are selling a voucher airline tkts are non-transferable."Without the album covers, where do you clean your pot?" - EV0
