Just heard back, they are telling me all the tickets I won are under my wife’s number. I just sent them screenshots of all my ticket confirmations that are under my email so should be under my number. Sounds like they just messed up.

    Yea they have no idea what they are doing over there. Very generic answers. The “ all sales are final” response has nothing to do with anything I asked about.

    I heard back from ticketstoday......BS ......really annoyed.   Let me know how you do.   If you reach an actual Ten Club employee.....feel free to send them my way.  Have a great weekend.

    Hey good morning, yeah I got four or five generic ones with a question and answer stuff. But the last email actually had a response saying that we were going to check with Ticketmaster. What that means I don’t know. But I will let you know what they say.

    It's deuce1978 again.  I heard you got an actual reply.  What did it say?  I got some generic ones.   Did it say to email someone else??   

    At least they are aware of the issue....I guess.

    Hey!!! Yes my wife has one and I’m pretty sure they gave me her tix even though she was 0-6. Did you try contacting 10c. I sent many emails but nothing yet.

      Same thing happened to me. My wife and I have accounts. We both won Wrigley tickets on both accounts and we are in the same section both nights. My number is 166--- and she is 505---. Explain that!!!!! Same seating mishap happened for my Vegas, Wrigley, and Baltimore shows. My location is totally different from where people with a 166--- are seated. No response from Ten Club.
