So I finally find a shop in Belgium that deals in Schecter guitars and not one of them is under 2000 euro's.

and I have to correct myself: the plain normal tele is 'only' 1750 euro's.

shipment costs? im assuming that by you saying i finally found a store in Belgium, that means you live in Belgium...

I lived there for ten years, cant you drive almost anywhere in the country in around two hours or so?
  • I'm talking about transporting these babies from the US to the shop in Belgium. The companies that deliver, ship 'em, that comes into the price that we pay in the shop. We don't make em over here. That's why all American guitars are more expensive in Belgium than the US.

And yes, in 3 hours you can cross our country :)

do you think they allow guitars as cary ons? (on a plane)

are there no north american stores online that will ship world wide? there must be a cheaper alternative for you!

out of curiousity, where in Belgium? I lived just outside of Brussels
  • I don't know, but I'm too lazy to go through all that trouble...

I live in Ghent, born and raised at the beach in Ostend. I just wrote you a pm about that... :)
