    I'm considered a senior citizen in my neighborhood in Portland, so I am in the same boat!  When I moved into my place 13 years ago, I had no idea it would be revamped into the under 25 hipster capital of Oregon. I'm not even cool enough to shop at my local grocery store anymore.  :o
