    They really should psst...at random times instead of the 10 am EST hour every time. That would help with the crashes.

    Keep reloading. I was stuck there the entire time waiting as it crashed but finally loaded the submit order page which also crashed after submitting but then refreshed and waited.

    Yes after a few minutes. It's strange that the site crashed for this but Wednesday when Ohana and Rome dropped there seemed to be no complaints about the shop going down.

    I think they’re slowing the site down on purpose to add to the randomness factor.  No other reason it’s a known issue that hasn’t been fixed yet.  You kind of just have to get lucky instead of being the first one to be on the site.

    Rome sold out and was taken down again before the majority of people could even hit the page to take the site down ....
