Whats the deal with the poster situation? I usually only get one to the shows I attend, but the transformers one is pretty cool. Are all of the NY posters just outrageous to buy ? I would like to try to get one.
It's crazy now. There was a time I had a few posters from shows I didn't attend. From the mystery boxes kind of thing, plus I bought the EV Detroit one because of the red wings theme.
Now I've been to so many shows I struggle to find the room to hang the ones I like from the shows I've been too (there's some ugly ones that will forever live in tubes). Plus I try to add variety to my house, so I've framed a bunch of non PJ posters too.
I guess it depends where you are with your poster collection. I've only got so much room left in my house for future concert posters. I'd prefer not to use the space on shows I didn't go to. Out of 30 posters around the house, only 2 I didn't go to. That was the other 2 posters that went with the Seattle Poster. I thought the Seattle ToTD poster was haunting on it's own, so I bought the other two to go with it. That's it. Space is a commodity
