    Venom

The first 30 minutes or so drag ass but once it gets going I enjoyed it. Not the greatest comic book movie but entertaining. Takes way too long setting up the story.
I think the sequel that they setup will be much better.

Downsizing - really disappointing. It had an interesting concept and hinted at ‘bigger’ questions, but just went nowhere.

Kristen Wiig and Jason Sudeikis were wasted in this too. They could have added so much to it if they’d had more than 10 minutes on screen
Felt the same way after seeing it.
Me too. It had so much promise, and then they ruined it.

Fantastic first half.  Second half dragged a bit.
    Gaga is great
Andrew Dice Clay proves he can act
Bradley cooper directed the hell out of it.
Many nominations and awards to come.

Is it weird that I still have never seen Gladiator?
    I’ve never seen Gladiator.
I liked it when it came out but Joaquin Phoenix ruins it on attempts to re-watch.  He is fucking awful.  The fact that he received and Oscar nomination still makes me laugh.

Liked this Gladiator more on re-watching.

Brian Dennehy taught me the forehead is the hardest part of the body in this movie.

I just saw it earlier... very good. GAGA’s voice , especially that 1st song they sang on stage was incredible

Bradley did a fine job on both fronts

saw it last night.   I enjoyed it a lot.  Lady Gag was great and Bradley Cooper did a solid job.  Kinda emotional during some parts an d the music was outstanding.  Surprised I heard a few Beastie Boys songs in there.

Very dark scenery for this depressing, but good movie. Well acted and glad I finally got around to watching it

    Terrifier.......again.
Something sinisterly fantastic about this movie. And one of the scariest clowns you will ever see in horror.

I agree the clown is great - best part of the movie by far. I also liked how they did the gore. Kind of an homage to B or retro gore effects, while still making the effects really good. However, I thought the movie was far too short on story.

All of the Purge movies are ridiculous... I like them anyway. ;) (side note: The Amazon Prime Purge series isn't half bad. Not the greatest, but it's entertaining me, and I'll definitely keep watching the season).

True but this one was completely over the top. Drug gangs and apartment dwellers ousting trained mercaneries in urban combat. Easily the worst in the franchise.

I thought that was beginning in November - I haven't seen any of the Purge movies - not my thing - but I promised my son I'd watch the limited series with him. An attempt at bonding with his taste in entertainment. Thanks for letting me know it started - I should keep better track of my Prime benefits.

Yeah, it's halfway through now - I think the 6th episode out of 10 is this week? ... I actually wish I'd just waited until the whole thing was released to I could binge at my leisure. I'm now in waiting mode, and modern life has made me too impatient for that shit, lol.
