I'm the singer in my band and I find it very hard to wake the other members from their slumber sometimes. So it doesn't always go that way Milestone.

My guess is Jan 2020 for Australia after the new album is dropped. Full NA tour next year with no other continents until 2020. The thing that is throwing me off on if we even have shows in 2019 though is the fact that Eddie does not tour in the fall anymore so the album is either further along then we think or we are not getting shit in 2019 as we did in 2017. Sadly I think this thread is going to be speculation for awhile now.

It may be surprising if they go 3 years with only @ 27 shows. I get they are of vast wealth but nothing brings in the big income like touring. And cashing in stocks to buy stuff may not be fun. Like I have any idea ;-)

If the album is out by August I can see them do 15+ shows in Sept and another batch in Nov.

That would keep them on the road about 30 shows, which seems to be their annual max the last 5+ years and home for the cubbies in the playoffs. One can hope.

(Edit. That possible schedule would keep them off the road for about a year 9/18 - 9/19)

Well, it's pretty safe to say nothing is planned for July because Dimi bought tickets to see the Cure in Greece that month.

I wish PJ did something similar to Neil Young. Play new songs live before the album is out. Road test them, perfect them, change what’s not working, ect..... then go record it.

I recall seeing Neil play his Greendale album in its entirety before it was even released.

My take on this is that they will definitely tour Australia next year as it will be 10 years since their last full tour of Australia outside of he Big Day Out Festivals.

Their last full Aus tour was the 2009 Backspacer Tour.

    Aus here I come  :)

It would be if they hadn't won a couple of years ago.  The teams I like haven't won anything in 50 years.  If one of them won a championship I'd be good for a decade.

We weren't going anywhere anyways, even if we had pulled off that game.  2 runs in 22 innings of playoff baseball.  Ridiculous. #BearDown

I hate to say it, but I’d probably pass on stadiums as well. There are other venues to play in Chicago than Wrigley Field.
