The world unexpectedly lost a wonderful friend, father and lifelong PJ fan today.  Allen attended dozens of shows and he was beyond thrilled when he was selected as the 10C contest winner of the PJ suite at the Edgewater.   He had a fantastic time in Seattle for the Home Shows.  Thanks 10C and PJ.  Fitting that it was his last trip and they were his last shows.  Keep his boys in your thoughts... Rest easy, friend....

    Sorry to hear this news. Glad he was able to enjoy the Seattle shows. Deaths are hard on everyone but unexpected deaths are especially hard on us. I hope his family and friends are doing ok and are able to heal from this together.

    the news hit me like a freight train this morning. another sad reminder we are all just visiting and need to enjoy each day as it may be our last and to love each other every second. May his memory be a blessing to us all

    Very sad, I just hope his family and friends will learn to live with that tragic change in their life as soon as possible. 
    I wish them strength and cohesion for the coming times to get through.

    Wow, I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Allen but I'm so glad he had a fantastic time in Seattle and got to see a band he loved two more times.

    Wanted to say YES YES YES to the bolded in elwayvedder's quote above... So easy to take life itself and the small and big blessings for granted.  Every day is a gift, both a gift to us and a gift for every day we have our loved ones and health and safety.  This is yet another reminder to stop, pause, be grateful, express love, and enjoy to the fullest.
