Finally getting some stuff framed. Does anyone with artistic style able to give some very simple basic advice about how to arrange framed posters on the wall. Like are there limits in terms of how many of the same size you should have in a row etc?
I cut out newspaper (or flyers) and tape them to the approximate size of the framing job (rather than the poster since we have tix and setlists framed with our posters) and then tape them using painters' tape to the wall. Then you can move them around and arrange them. Just put your hanging hardware through the newspaper at the correct height, pull of the paper and hang the poster.

Got 3 posters from the Foos show over the weekend:

First one is the plain, 2nd is the foil variant, and then an uncut version of the 2 nights posters. Still have a backlog of other framing jobs to do... Probably should look into getting a portfolio to keep them flat...

Finally got this one framed.  The larger mat is actually a dark blue but it doesn't come out in the picture well.

Question - I have about 10 posters that I've had framed through Hobby Lobby, really pleased with the results.
Now I have some cheaper posters from other bands that I'd like to frame without spending the $100-150 I've spent on them. How do you guys do this, mostly for 18x24? I've used American Frame before, but I usually still spend like $75-90 on there. Is there a simple way to do a cheaper self framing?

If they’re not collectible and you can do without matting/uv glass/protection of any kind then target or Walmart have 18x24 frames for $30.

I found a cheap promo print about this size for the RNRHOF broadcast online and couldn’t justify spending big money to frame. Was pretty happy with the result considering I don’t normallu mess around with matting on my own. Went on https://www.arttoframe.com/ which has been brought up on here pretty frequently. Depending on the frame, glass, matting, etc. you can definitely keep everything under $50 before shipping. They are pretty quick from my experience with them. Good luck.

I framed two for my wife for Christmas.   She hated the Greenville poster.... so I had to take it to my my office.
I did a double frame, with glass on both sides so you can see the artwork.  I couldn't find a photo of the Greenville artwork.

I kept mine nice and simple also.  The artwork doesn't need any embellishment on this one!

I also kept it simple, just a faux barn wood frame with no mat.

I have a question for you poster experts. I bought a couple prints today that I intend to frame, but it will take me a little while. I have the posters rolled in tubes without craft paper. Will it hurt the print in any way to leave them like this for a few weeks or a month until I get around to framing them?
