This is the 20th show I've been to.  I cant fathom how this wasn't planned better.  Totally impossible to figure out what line to be in due to lack of signage and where to line up.  Line are criss crossed.  not 8mpressed with new ticket systen

No we were in center field line.  Safeco staff told us to move out of line and go to right field because it was short.  Also lots of native Seattle fans with clear Seahawks and Mariners bags that dont fit bag dimensions.  Wasting time.

I went through center field gate and didn't have any problems. At first they said my purse was too big, but then they realized it was exactly the size of the pink card they were using to measure.

Heard any types of cameras are not allowed in (just mobile phones). Any other quirks getting in - mobile ticket issues, etc?

What was the scoop on ticket scanning? Were they just scanning phones or demanding you swipe and stuff to show it was in the wallet?

Not checking Id.  I have android and downloaded to google pay so was just scanned.  After getting in venue, couldn't get down to floor.   Had to find a separate table to get a wristband to get to floor.

The guy who scanned us just had me show the tickets. I didn't bother adding them to my wallet, so I just opened them before entering.

Yeah, no one told us about wristbands when we entered. We found out when we were leaving merch and looking for the elevator. Kind of unorganized.

Yes, I had a tiny point and shoot and they said it was not allowed even though the tweet from Safeco Field clearly said no "PROFESSIONAL" cameras (meaning cameras with detachable lenses). I don't think some of the staff understands the difference between cameras with detachable lenses and small point and shoots. So, he said I would have to check it in across the street for $10. Instead, I just went to another gate/usher and he let me in with the camera no problem.

Same with us. After we got scanned in, nobody told us to go to a table to get a wrist band. We walked up to get onto the field and then they told us to go back down and get a wrist band. Not organized. Staff not on the same page about many things.

How'd it go for people without smartphones? 10C told me to go to the 10C window day of show, but didn't say what the process will be.

Sucks about the camera confusion. Glad you were able to get in another gate.

If you went through the center field gate about 20 feet after you go in there's a table that says with a big sign floor seats need a wristband. However if you went in another gate they were not set up for wristbands. That is why tenclub had you go through one specific gate. Seems the safeco staff were unaware of this.

And, shockingly to the dismay of all who paid to get into Pearl James, it was a Minnie Pearl and James Taylor mashup cover band.....

Android users were able to access tickets well before the show. They couldn't download them to their digital wallets until a few hours before the show, but they were able to pull them up online, which was sufficient to get into the show.

Reminds me of Radiohead in Cincinnati.  Walked in the GA door, went through security, got my wristband and done.  Didn't even ask to see my ticket.

I think when that starts happening it basically means that the staff is panicking about getting everyone in, lol.
