Dig the BK and Ames posters.  Not my favorites but they're good.

Interesting that the Ames site doesn't state how big an edition the regular poster is and if they are signed/numbered. I know that they are always signed but curious as to how many.

It says signed and numbered by the artist. Limited Edition of 130.

Ah, thanks - I didn't see that earlier.

The variant with the lights out looks amazing. With the lights on I need to look away

I was at the Radiohead concert last night.  It was so refreshing that a 1 per customer limit was stated for several items AND it was enforced.  A very limited poster run of about 400 went to 400 different customers.
The 10c Merch guy says there is nothing they can do, it's all down to local authorities. I've seen when even 6 people working a merch booth, 50% of them wern't enforcing. If the peon selling the merch doesn't adhere to the rules then no one can do anything. 10c aren't going to sit there all day and make sure people enforce stuff. As long the shit sells. Seems to have been completely random this entire tour when the limits are on or off. Amsterdam 1 even had a sign saying 'limited to 2' but didn't see this anywhere else.

So I’m thinking it is going to be one of the following with the Lisbon Ames poster:
    1. It will grow on people and will take off, become the next Kong
    2. It will be donated frequently to Wishlist parties and given to kids to thumb tack on the wall.
    3. banned from being used for NCAA tournament and Fantasy Football prize pools
    4. somewhere between numbers 1 and 2

I was there too.  It also helps that their fans are insane for posters.  I had no trouble getting one 5 minutes before they started on the first night and last night they still plenty left at the front at 7:30 so I was able to put it in my car before actually going inside.

I’m one of the few that doesn’t mind it at all.  I really like the colours, and I like the concept of the poster with the pearl jam lettering being the alien.

i don’t think it will ever be that desirable, but that’s not why I buy them, I buy the ones I like.  I passed on the two dragon like things this tour, just did nothing for me.

It's not an alien, it's an octopus (in reference to the '96 Cascais poster).

Ames uses great colors and I generally enjoy their art... their posters would be great if they stopped making "Pearl Jam" illegible

I assumed it was an alien based on the description.

Noticed the suction cups on the tentacles and the reference to the '96 octopus on the back so naturally made the connection hehe.

Nothing In Australia yet, I emailed Matt Taylor store and they replied saying that they will provide email with tracking once poster ships. Not sure why but sounds like they haven't even shipped.

    Nope, haven't yet.
I think the site did say that delivery would be in 4-6 weeks, so there's still time.
