What name did George tell Jerry he was going to use when Jerry was staking out the building to "bump" into a woman he met at a birthday party?
He didn't use it and instead introduced himself for the first time as Art Vandelay.
    Art Corvelay
Not what I was thinking, but that rings a bell. Jerry told him this name sounded "made up"

Yeah, George offered up a name suggestion prior to Art Corvelay. I don't recall it at the moment. First name starts with a 'B', I believe.

Alarm had its own volume control knob.

Why separate knob, mon? (something like that)

    Correct

It wasn’t the am/pm mon. Everyone thinks it was the am/pm. It was the volume.

What are some signals from the show?  Example: In "The Phone Message," George suggests "tippy toe!" to alert Jerry that Carol is coming back into the room while he is switching answering machine tapes.

    Name others from the series.

Watching “The Fix-Up” the other day (very underrated episode, might I add) and in the first scene, Jerry asks George if his nostrils are getting bigger.  In another episode, a comedian at the bar asks Jerry the same thing.  What kind of comedian is he and what episode is it?

    And who grace both covers?

I know one was Playboy and Elle Mcferson was on the cover. Don't know the other magazine though.
