Shocked if it's under 1500 copies as ticket vinyl packages are still on sale. And the fact they are playing Chicago? Aren't there a whole lot of Pearl Jam fans living in that city? Wouldn't they want this? EV, Cubs, TMR and all.

Would they be numbered do you think? That would be a nice way to know for sure.

It is completely guaranteed that there will be tons of these on eBay and the price will start going down down down once these are in the hands of people

My husband and I looked at going so we can each get one of these. We live about an hour away.

The problem is 2 tickets are $180 with fees, parking is about $40, 4 beers is around $40, food $20... your talking about $280 ( which is why we never go to Cubs games). Yeah, it’s going to be a beautiful day and the vinyl looks awesome, but holy crap it’s expensive.

Most cubs fans would’ve secured tickets a long time ago before knowing about this, price level is pretty high for a game against the Reds, seats with the package (apart from bleachers) aren’t that great, and it’s on a holiday week when people may be out of town (or for those working, it’s a Friday day game).

If I wasn’t in another state right now I would’ve gladly gone to the game and picked up the vinyl for more people. Still waiting on shipping info from the Cubs.

Parking is free if you're willing to walk about a mile.  Just find a side street off Addison.  Eat before you leave.

Thank you for purchasing an exclusive Vinyl Record Ticket Package for the Cubs-Reds game Friday, July 6. As you prepare to visit the Friendly Confines for our 1:20 p.m. CDT game against the Cincinnati Reds, below is important information about the redemption of your limited-edition vinyl record featuring Eddie Vedder's "All the Way" and Steve Goodman's "Go, Cubs, Go."
    • The vinyl record will be available for pickup at the redemption table located at the northwest corner of Gallagher Way until the end of the 5th inning.* Gallagher Way is the open-air gathering space located on the western side of the ballpark on Clark Street.
    • To avoid long lines, we encourage you to arrive early and pick up your vinyl record prior to entering the ballpark. Please note once inside, you will not be able to exit and re-enter the ballpark through the Gallagher Way Third Base Gate to redeem your vinyl record until after first pitch.
    • A valid, corresponding Vinyl Record Ticket Package ticket must be presented at the redemption location in order to redeem your vinyl record. One vinyl record will be granted per ticket. If you are unable to pick up your vinyl record before the end of the 5th inning, please contact our Group Sales team at 773-697-6162 to arrange a postgame pickup time.
If you are bringing a guest(s) with you to the game who also purchased the Vinyl Record Ticket Package, feel free to share this information with them. If you have any additional questions, please contact our Group Sales team at 773-697-6162 or cubsgrouptickets@cubs.com.

*In the event of inclement weather, the redemption table will be relocated inside the ballpark near the Left Field Gate. This gate is located on Waveland Avenue on the northwest side of the ballpark.

If you contact the group sales guys (cubsgrouptickets@cubs.com), FedEx shipping is $20. From my email exchange with them:

    Thanks for reaching out!

We can definitely have the vinyl shipped to you, however; you will be responsible for a one-time $20 FedEx fee.

With that in mind, please provide us with the following information:

    -Full Name

    -Phone Number

    -Email Address

    -Shipping Address

Please also let us know if you would like to use the same credit card you used to purchase your ticket(s) in order to pay for the FedEx fee. If you wish to use a different card, we can set up a time to take down that information over the phone.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Go Cubs!

Ticket package only available in person today.

We do have some ticket inventory left, so if anyone else is interested in purchasing a ticket with the vinyl, they can still make a purchase at the ticket window today.
