Went to Mac and Manco today on the boardwalk in Ocean City. My wife's all time favorite. I ordered two pieces of Sicilian and it was really good. Liked it much better than their normal pie

Typically it takes about 40 gallons of sap to make a gallon of syrup if you are using appropriately sized sugar maples, up to 100 to 1 if using Birch or Hickory.
