    why should they denounce this guy any more than Elizabeth Warren should? he's an independent and of little to no risk of winning. 
    Silence = Support and as a self professed "independent with a libertarian bent," and we all know there is a range of libertarians, as there are with repubes and dems, and that for the most part he's most likely going to caucus with the repubes if elected, they have the burden of disavowing and denouncing him. Seeing how they didn't do the same with Roy Moore, maybe I'd expect them to pick up a little dignity and grow some spine? Fact of the matter is their silence = support. People used to think the same of David Duke too.
