Drawn Tickets - Need Help

Hello All, I've won 2 tickets in the drawn for Amsterdam but it doesn't say where do I get the tickets. in the winning email notification it says that an email will be sent a week before the show. anyone knows what should I do next? thanks, Zachi

    You will get an email, you will ave to collect the tickets from the venue take ID or the card used to buy the tickets.
