The show was well choreographed. The stage was clear of equipment and the band danced and marched it's way around. The setlist is the same each night I assume for this reason. Around half a dozen solo songs and 8-10 Talking Heads songs with a few covers. His voice is still spot on after all these years. The TH songs sounded close to the originals for the most part. Danced the night away. This Must Be the Place brought a tear to my son's eye and was the highlight for me.

I saw the same show here in Forrest Hills.  I paid through the box office, a decent penny, for 2nd row seats.

Man was it well worth it.

I love how everyone is barefoot.  Also dug how his main 3 backup singers seem to LOVE their jobs.

I imagine it was for more than just Coachella at that amount. There had to have been a tour as well.

From the article link on that tweet “ Talking Heads received another offer; this time from Live Nation, who reportedly offered the band $80 million to headline “six to eight festival gigs and headlining slots.” Talking Heads rejected that offer.”

So help me if they do get back together and I have to see them at a god forsaken festival...

I could picture them doing a bunch of smaller venues and killing it...
