    I wonder why the focus on prison reform by Team Trump Treason? Wouldn't be because he or his family and collegues could soon be doing time, now would it?

    Crime imposes a significant burden on Americans' well-being and taxpayer-financed resources. These costs are amplified by re-arrest rates for released American prisoners that exceed 50 percent. Many programs have been tried to reverse this trend over the past few decades. Some of them work; some don't.

    President Donald J. Trump supports prison reform legislation that builds on evidence-based programs to reduce prisoner recidivism rates. The President has called on Congress to help former inmates who have completed their sentences to have a second chance to become contributing members of society.

    The White House hosted a summit on prisons last week. "Prison reform is an issue that unites people from across the political spectrum," President Trump said. "It's an amazing thing. Our whole nation benefits if former inmates are able to reenter society as productive, law-abiding citizens."

    It's a horrible move by Trump... he always plays to the cheap seats and the short term... that's why Rosenstein said no problem... it will only further verify issues/concerns/justifications for taking such actions because the campaign/administration was/is compromised

    Does it deserve three days in the news cycle?  Yes, the White House is full of deplorables, but should the media report on this story for three days, or should it focus more time on Iran, Israel, North Korea, China, the Wall, Russia, wage gap, other domestic issues that aren't essentially gossip and actually matter?    Let's face it, the media loves Trump and is complicit in allowing these distractions.    I know that politicians are partisan and say bad things about each other.  It is unfortunate, but that is not news to me. 

    The White House is a chaotic circus full of unprofessional behavior with a leader that's in over his head.  It's the most important thing going on in this country right now.
