I really don't want to start a battle just thoughts to stem from. Okay, the band is taking a stance about money and politics as they have never been afraid of that and fine and not offended by that- bushleager what? My guess is that they are not doing too bad themselves so hello the pot calling the kettle black.

Not resembleing Pearl Jam music/sound by any means, years since lightning bolt and we get a song that's flat out undesirable white noise

There is a substantial difference between being a rich egotistical narcissist than a group of people who worked their asses off, made money and make substantial contributions to helping make this shit hole world a better place. I mean really, just because someone made money in their lifetime doesn't mean they can't call out those among them who have the green disease.

Give me a break. What percentage of your earnings and time are spent on the betterment of others?

These threads that call out the band as hypocrites never make any sense. That's fine if you don't like the song, but stick to that. Should they live in a van down by the river and play for free? Would that make you happy

This is similar to calling rich democrats hypocrites because they are rich. If rich democrats argue that taxes should be higher on wealthy people (including themselves) does that really compare to a self proclaimed rich GOP POTUS who won't show us his taxes and clearly benefits by his new tax law?
